Step 1: Gather

Step 4: Produce

This is where the rubber meets the road. If the execution isn’t right, the idea doesn’t matter. We work hard at our craft, and we want it to be done right, the first time.

Step 5: Analyze

Not only when the program is over, but while it also running, we look for areas of improvement. Only by monitoring and analysis can we break through benchmarks and ensure a progression to higher levels of achievement.
