Consolidated Billing & Accounting: We review and reconcile all media billing on behalf of our clients. We request any credits or make-goods. We provide all media costs on consolidated monthly statements.
Media Expertise: We have planned and bought all types of media since our founding in 2004. We know which channels work best for given requirements and goals based upon budget and timelines.
Time Savings: We are a full-service Media Agency. We handle all aspects of advertising media from upfront research to trafficking of ad creative to reconciliation and billing. We even vet all unsolicited media proposals from vendors on our clients behalf. We focus on media so you can focus on your business.
What Do You Charge For Your Services?
All Olander Group services including research, price negotiation, added-value/bonus placement negotiation, buying of media with insertion/time orders, trafficking of creative assets, make-good negotiations, and billing review and reconciliation and are all included with the cost of the media.
This means that all the above time, services, and expertise are included with the media price that after negotiation is lower than our clients could obtain directly with the media outlets.
Olander Group works off the standard agency commission which is only offered to recognized advertising agencies by traditional media outlets. In the case of some digital media, such as Facebook or Google, if an agency commission is not offered, Olander Group will pass along the media rate and charge a project fee. All fees are presented and signed-off by our clients before any work commences.
The bottom line is the our all our services are included with the advertising buy. In the case of traditional media such as TV, Radio, Out-of-Home, Print and Direct Marketing, through our negotiation and agency discounts - our clients costs are less than they could buy the media on their own. Any media that does not offer agency discounts is still negotiated or bought with maximum cost-effectiveness in mind in order to once again save our clients costs. We strive to provide all our services bundled with the campaign at a total cost that is less than the client could obtain on their own.
